When broadcasting to Akamai or Akamai hosted (Dacast etc.) services Dashboard may show an incorrect or very low bitrate.
If you are having issues broadcasting to Akamai or Akamai hosted (Dacast etc.) services with your LiveShell PRO, please try the following workaround –
- Access the LiveShell PRO device menu
- Use the device menu to set “Vertical resolution” to 718px.
