4-1. Operation by Dashboard

Top of Broadcasting Screen

Mute: Turns off audio while video continues to broadcast.

Video off: Turns the video off while the caption continues to broadcast.
Lock LiveShell: Locks the control buttons of LiveShell unit.
Monitor out: When using the Audio Video output, connect the breakout cable (sold separately), and select this option to view the Monitor output.

Basic

In the case of using Ustream

Mail address
Registered Dashboard mail address.
Device ID
When two or more LiveShell or LiveShell PRO devices are connected, the target device can be selected.
CUSTOM
Select this tab to adjust advanced settings.
This custom setup feature is only for those who are very familiar with video broadcasting.
SOCIAL STREAM
Opens a pop-up chat window during streaming.
Network
This setting affects broadcasting video quality, and can be adjusted based on the internet connection speed.
Object
The default setting is “Still.” When broadcasting movement, such as sports, please select the “moving” setting. This will reduce the picture quality, but will allow for smooth video motion.
Video input
This is an optional choice for when both “HDMI” and “AV IN” lines are connected  
If only one is connected, the device will automatically recognize the correct device. 
Aspect ratio
Adjusts the image size (or aspect ratio) for certain image types to display clearly.
STOP LIVE / START LIVE
Toggle Broadcasting between Stop and Start.
PAUSE / START
Toggle Broadcasting between Pause and Start.
START REC / STOP REC
Toggle recording of Ustream between Start and Stop.

Volume

Audio boost
Turning the audio boost on will reduce the quality. 
AV-IN volume
Click “+” to increase or “-”  to decrease the volume settings.
MIC-IN volume
If no microphone is plugged in, the volume will automatically be muted.
HDMI volume
To use only the video feature of the HDMI input and use audio from the AV-IN or MIC-in, set this value to OFF.
