If you have a question or are having problems with your LiveShell device please check the manual and FAQ pages first, if you cannot find an answer there please contact our support team below.

When contacting support please include which LiveShell device you are using and as much as detail as possible about the problem you are having.

Our support center is located in Japan, so replies will be sent during Japanese business hours (Japan timezone is UTC+9). Our support center is closed on weekends and Japanese holidays.
